1. Bookings & Confirmations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as communicated and a written confirmation from WishMeVacation.com.
- Passport copies and accurate travel details must be submitted to process bookings and visas.
2. Payments
- Prices quoted are subject to change until payment is made.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or any other methods specified by us.
- Full payment must be received before travel documents are issued.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the supplier. Details will be shared at the time of booking.
- WishMeVacation.com will charge a service fee for cancellations, in addition to supplier penalties.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 21 working days, subject to supplier processing timelines.
4. Changes & Modifications
- Any modification to confirmed bookings is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- WishMeVacation.com reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or supplier issues.
5. Visas & Travel Documents
- We assist in visa application processes but do not guarantee visa issuance. Granting or refusal is solely at the discretion of the issuing authority.
- It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure all documents (passport, visa, ID, etc.) are valid and in order.
6. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for coverage against unforeseen events including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost baggage.
- WishMeVacation.com is not liable for any loss or expense if you travel without insurance.
7. Responsibility & Liability
- WishMeVacation.com acts as an intermediary between you and various independent service providers. We are not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third parties.
- We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused during the trip.
8. User Conduct on Website
- You agree not to misuse the website or engage in fraudulent activities.
- Any information provided must be accurate and complete.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on WishMeVacation.com is the property of the company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
